Before you write to us
A few things you might be looking for:
- Where is my order? Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days in total. You'll get a tracking link by email once it ships. See our Shipping Policy.
- I'd like to return something. You have 30 days from delivery, plus a 14-day right to cancel. See our Refund Policy, or just email us with your order number.
- Something arrived damaged or faulty. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — you won't pay return postage.
- Is this toy right for my child's age? Every product page lists an age range and any safety information. If you're unsure, ask us — we'd rather help you choose than process a return.
