At KidsStrike we want everyone to be able to shop with us, whatever device they use and however they browse. We build our pages to work with keyboard navigation and screen readers, we write clear alt text for product images, and we aim for text and buttons that stay readable at larger sizes and higher contrast.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our reference. We are working towards it rather than claiming we have arrived: some parts of the site, particularly pages built with third-party apps, may not meet it yet. We fix what we find, and what you tell us about.
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use — a page you cannot navigate, an image with no description, text you cannot read, a checkout step that will not work with your assistive technology — please tell us at support@kidsstrike.com. Say which page you were on and what happened, and we will look into it and come back to you.
